Lucia Caterina Porcellana cinese - Chinese porcelain
Dish (MO3)
ca. 1600.
Dish with rounded sides, lobed rim and foot ring.
It is chipped along the rimand it shows sandy concretions on the
foot. Painted inside with two deers in a landscape with rocks,
pine tree and floral and vegetal elements. Along the sides there
are eight large and narrow panels, the large ones featuring small
floral branches and the narrow ones featuring circles.
Large and narrow panels are repeated outside, the large ones
featuring alternate floral elements and insects, the narrow
ones featuring beaded pendants.

Small bowl (MO5)
ca. 1600.
Small bowl of the klapmuts type with rounded and lobed
sides, oblique and lobed rim, and foot ring.
The porcelain is thin, its blue has a light and bright tinge, the
workmanship is accurate, the outline is refined. Painted inside
on the centre with a scholar holding a fan and sitting on the
bank of a stretch of water crossed by ducks, while on the
background we can see mountains and clouds. On the sides
there are four rectangular panels with lobed cartouches, two of
them containing peonies and the other two featuring peach
sprays, alternated with narrow panels surrounding geometric
elements. Vegetal motifs and lotus flowers decorate the rim.
The decoration with large and narrow panels characterizing
the inside is repeated outside , the former being characterized
by the presence of lobed cartouches featuring peaches
alternated with ruyi with hanging ribbons. Along the rim
there are two vegetal sprays alternated with circles.

Piatto (MO3)
circa 1600.
Piatto a parete ricurva, orlo lobato e piede ad anello.
Sbeccato lungo l’orlo e con concrezioni sabbiose sul piede.
Internamente sul fondo compaiono due daini in un paesaggio
con rocce, albero di pino ed elementi floreali e vegetali.
Lungo la parete vi sono otto pannelli larghi e stretti, quelli
larghi con rametti floreali e quelli stretti con circoli.
Lungo la parete esterna si ripete la scansione a pannelli
larghi e stretti, quelli larghi con elementi floreali alternati a
insetti, quelli stretti con circoli.

Coppetta (MO5)
circa 1600.
Coppetta klapmuts a parete ricurva e lobata, tesa obliqua
lobata, piede ad anello.
La porcellana è sottile, il blu di tonalità chiara e luminosa,
la fattura accurata, il disegno nitido.
Internamente sul fondo un letterato con in mano un
ventaglio è assiso lungo la riva di uno specchio d’acqua
attraversato da anatre, mentre sullo sfondo sono raffigurate
montagne e nuvole. Sulla parete compaiono quattro
pannelli rettangolari con cartigli lobati, due contenenti
peonie e due pesche alternati da pannelli stretti con
elementi geometrici.
Lungo la tesa sono presenti motivi vegetali e fiori di loto.
Lungo la parete esterna si ripete il decoro interno con
pannelli larghi e stretti, i primi con cartigli lobati con
pesche alternati a ruyi da cui pendono nastri.
Lungo la tesa vi sono due tralci vegetali alternati a circoli.
